We provide residents of Broomfield, Lafayette, Westminster, Arvada, Denver, Longmont, Louisville and Boulder sports medicine with the use of acupuncture and  Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is a safe and noninvasive therapy for many world-class athletes—but you don’t have to be a pro to experience the benefits of acupuncture. So, whether you’re a die-hard marathoner, devoted triathlete, crossfitter or weekend warrior, acupuncture can speed recovery and enhance your performance by boosting your overall health.

Being athletes ourselves we know the value of a strong, healthy, capable body.  There is nothing worse than an annoying injury that will just not heal. Here a Rocky Mountain Acupuncture we use a combination of modern scientific based “Motor Point” acupuncture combined with a more Taiwanese style of acupuncture to produce quick and lasting results for our patients. We have been treating pain and injury for many many years and have become quite proficient at it. Most patients are happy to report instant results during treatment and lasting results with proper treatment. Acupuncture is not the only means we use to treat injury and pain. We also use a combination of internal “ie herbal tea” and external “topical” salves and creams to help promote blood flow and decrease inflammation in the injured area. Patients who keep up with semi-regular acupuncture treatments report overall increased mobility and a decrease in pain and stiffness. They also report a renewed sense of well-being which keeps them physically active for the long term.
